Court Freezes Dennis Miracles Aboagye’s Bank Accounts and Properties Over EOCO Probe

The High Court in Accra has ordered the freezing of five bank accounts and four landed properties belonging to former Executive Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCCoD), Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
The order temporarily prevents any transactions involving the identified bank accounts and prohibits the sale, transfer, mortgage or disposal of the four landed properties until further directives are issued by the court.
The action follows an application by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) as part of ongoing investigations into alleged financial and procurement-related irregularities.
Dennis Miracles Aboagye is being investigated over allegations involving approximately GH¢55 million during his tenure as Executive Secretary of IMCCoD.
EOCO says the asset preservation measures are intended to safeguard properties and funds that may be relevant to the investigation.
