Two K!lled in Fiery STC Bus and Fuel Tanker Crash in Eastern Region

Two people have been confirmed dead following a fiery four-vehicle collision at Etukrom, near Bonsu Junction, in the Eastern Region.

The crash involved a State Transport Company (STC) bus, a fuel tanker, a Mitsubishi pick-up and a Kia Sorento.

The impact caused the STC bus, fuel tanker and Mitsubishi pick-up to catch fire and burn completely, while the Kia Sorento sustained extensive damage.

Emergency response teams from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) and other agencies were dispatched to the scene to contain the fire, rescue victims and manage the aftermath of the crash.

Authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the incident.
