United States men's national team head coach Mauricio Pochettino has extended his contract with U.S. Soccer until 2030.
The four-year extension keeps the Argentine coach in charge after he guided the USMNT to the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup title and a Round of 16 appearance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Following the contract extension, Pochettino said he believes there is significant potential to strengthen the men's national team programme and create a lasting impact on football in the United States.
The former Argentina international added that the focus extends beyond results on the pitch, with the aim of contributing to the continued growth and development of the sport in the country.
