EOCO Secures Court Order to Freeze Assets Linked to Dennis Miracles Aboagye

The High Court in Accra has confirmed an order freezing five bank accounts and four landed properties belonging to former Executive Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCCoD), Dennis Miracles Aboagye, as investigations by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) continue.
The confirmation followed an application by EOCO as part of a broader asset preservation exercise involving accounts linked to the former IMCCoD Accountant, Gerald Appiah, and Hillside Piggery and Meat Processing Limited.
The assets frozen include five bank accounts and four landed properties, comprising two properties in the Eastern Region—a parcel of land and a house—as well as two residential properties in the Greater Accra Region, including an apartment complex.
The court's order prevents any dealings with the identified assets while EOCO continues its investigations.
