Polls deserted as Muzaffarabad protest spreads over Rawalakot siege

Shops and markets in Muzaffarabad stay shut for three days as protests spread and polling stations see extremely low turnout. Many voters say they boycott to show solidarity with Rawalakot, where residents are under siege and some are killed. PTI supporters also stay away after the party boycotts. Allegations of rigging in the first phase further cloud the election's credibility.
