After Ceuta, leaders call meeting to 'prevent further uncontrolled crossings' | DW News

The surge of migrants into Ceuta earlier this week has EU leaders up in arms. A majority of member states called for an urgent meeting, now scheduled for Tuesday, to learn lessons from the crisis. Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stressed that 'none of the migrants must be allowed to reach Europe's mainland.' Spain finds itself practically isolated among member states.
