Thousands return to Morocco after entering Spain's Ceuta

Spanish security forces and troops have stepped up patrols along the border fence in Ceuta after tens of thousands of migrants briefly crossed into the Spanish territory from Morocco. Many are now being returned across the frontier as authorities work to manage the surge.
