'PATHETIC': Sen. Booker mocks Trump DOJ's Reflecting Pool retreat

In a huge embarrassment for Donald Trump, the Justice Department has moved to dismiss its criminal case against former Olympian David Hearn who it claimed vandalized the National Mall Reflecting Pool. The DOJ now admits in court documents that there were installation issues with the president's project. Senator Cory Booker joins the table to react.
