Reviving a Mexican indigenous language: A new generation is learning to speak Matlatzinca
UNESCO estimates that about half of the world's languages could disappear by the end of this century, with most endangered languages belonging to Indigenous communities.
In central Mexico, one community is working to preserve Matlatzinca by teaching it to younger generations, hoping to keep their language and cultural heritage alive despite the pressures of modern life.
