The Minister for Labour, Jobs and Employment, Dr. Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo, is calling for a change in workplace culture, condemning what he describes as the growing practice of using public office and government contracts for personal enrichment.
Dr. Pelpuo says the workplace must not be seen as a place for profit-making, but as a space for service, productivity and national development.
