Gender activist Esther Tawiah has criticised the conduct of Ahafo Ano South East MP Yakubu Mohammed, describing his comments to a minor during a visit to Parliament as misogynistic.
The lawmaker was captured in a viral video telling the child she was beautiful and that he would marry her.
Speaking to Channel One News, Esther Tawiah called on Parliament to call the MP to order, urging him to retract his comments and render an unqualified apology to the child and her family.
