Hamas agrees to give up arms but uncertainty remains

Hamas has for the first time agreed to a specific plan to hand over its weapons in Gaza. But a senior Hamas official told CNN the group will only disarm if Israel upholds its end of the ceasefire agreement. CNN's Jeremy Diamond reports.
