Seattle police chief resigns after festival shooting

Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes resigned four days after a shooting at a food festival that killed three people and injured four others. Mayor Katie Wilson said there were “multiple factors” that led to the change. KING's Natalie Swaby reports.
