An Alabama neighborhood turned out to celebrate the homecoming of Alabama Air National Guard Captain Thomas Awtrey. His wife, Rachel, says friends, family, and neighbors stepped up to help their family while he was deployed overseas. NBC News' Tom Llamas reports.
