Tens of thousands of people are returning home in Southern France as firefighters make progress battling wildfires there. Meanwhile, parts of Spain are still burning, but the national emergency for fires near Madrid was called off. Scott Stephens, a professor of fire science and forest policy at UC Berkley, joins CBS News to discuss.
