Minority Reacts to Sedina Tamakloe Acquittal, Accuses Government of Selective Justice

The Minority in Parliament has criticised the Court of Appeal's decision to acquit and discharge former MASLOC Chief Executive Officer, Sedina Tamakloe Attionu.

The lawmakers questioned the fairness of the outcome and accused the Mahama administration of pursuing what they describe as a selective justice agenda.

According to the Minority, the ruling reinforces their concerns that the government is protecting its own while targeting opposition figures through legal processes.

The comments follow the Court of Appeal's unanimous decision to overturn Sedina Tamakloe's conviction and 10-year prison sentence, after ruling that the prosecution failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt.
