Thousands rush to Spain's Ceuta territory from Morocco

Video has emerged of thousands of migrants rushing and swimming to the Spanish territory of Ceuta from Morocco on Thursday, July 30. Local officials called on Madrid to declare a national emergency to restore order and to bring in the military.
