Sedina Tamakloe’s Lawyer Reacts After Court of Appeal Acquittal

Lawyer for former MASLOC Chief Executive Officer Sedina Tamakloe, Enoch Deegbe, has expressed appreciation to the Court of Appeal following its decision to acquit and discharge his client.
The Court of Appeal overturned the earlier High Court judgment that convicted Ms. Tamakloe of causing financial loss to the state and other related offences, effectively clearing her of the charges.
Speaking after the ruling, Mr. Deegbe welcomed the court's decision and expressed gratitude for what he described as a fair outcome in the case.
