The Attorney-General and Minister for Justice has outlined the government's position on key constitutional reform proposals, including extending the presidential term to five years, moving general elections to the first week of November, capping the number of ministers and Supreme Court judges, expanding participation in party primaries, abolishing the death penalty, and introducing reserved parliamentary seats for women, persons with disabilities and the youth.
