Blumenthal pushes Graham's 'CRUSHING' Russia sanctions bill

The Senate voted last night to advance a bipartisan bill championed by the late Senator Lindsey Graham that imposes sanctions on Russia and penalties against Iran. Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut – one of the co-leaders of the bill – joins Morning Joe to discuss the measure and more.
