The Executive Director of Transparency International Ghana, Mary Awalena Addah, says the Supreme Court's ruling on the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has provided much-needed clarity on the institution's mandate and powers.
According to her, the decision removes uncertainty around the OSP's authority, giving the office a clearer path to continue its investigations and prosecutions.
She described the ruling as an important development for Ghana's anti-corruption efforts, as it strengthens the legal foundation for the work of the Special Prosecutor.
