Techiman Krobo Nursing College Protest Prompts Government Monitoring Visit

The Nursing and Midwifery Council, together with the Ministry of Health, will undertake a monitoring visit to the Techiman Krobo Nursing Training College following a student demonstration over welfare concerns.
According to the Council, the visit is aimed at assessing the situation and addressing concerns raised by students, including poor feeding, sanitation challenges and communication gaps between management and the student body.
The intervention forms part of efforts to improve conditions at the institution and ensure a conducive environment for teaching and learning.
