Beshear asks McConnell to address constituents about health or resign

Governor Andy Beshear (D-KY) has publicly asked Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to either address his constituents about his health issues or resign from office. In an update Monday, McConnell's doctor said the Senator was not medically cleared yet to return to work.
