The business community is calling for the immediate enforcement of the High Court's ruling on the approved Container Administrative Charge.

Businesses are also demanding sanctions against shipping lines accused of continuing to impose illegal container administrative charges, despite the court's decision.

They say enforcing the ruling is critical to protecting importers, reducing unnecessary costs and ensuring fairness within Ghana's trade and shipping sector.
