North East Minister Calls for Peace as Foundation for Growth in Yunyoo-Nasuan | Ghana News

The North East Regional Minister, Ibrahim Tia, has urged residents of the Yunyoo-Nasuan District to prioritise peace and stability as a foundation for development.

Speaking at the People's Assembly held in the district, the Minister said although government continues to allocate resources to support development projects, the full benefits can only be achieved in an environment of peace.

He explained that conflicts and insecurity often force government to redirect resources meant for development into maintaining peace and security.

Ibrahim Tia called on residents to work together to sustain peace, strengthen community cooperation, and create an enabling environment for growth and development.
