Senate to take up Russian sanctions bill championed by late Sen. Lindsey Graham
The Senate is set to vote for the first time on a sweeping sanctions bill brokered by late Sen. Lindsey Graham that would punish Russian energy exports and the foreign partners who purchase it. The chamber will take up the sanctions package while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Washington, D.C., to attend Graham's funeral. ABC News' Jay O'Brien has more.
