Israeli settler attacks and military raids intensify across occupied West Bank

Israeli settlers have attacked the Bedouin community of Abu Faza near Ramallah, part of a broader surge in violence across the occupied West Bank. Israeli forces have also raided villages, conducted mass arrests, demolished homes and besieged Nablus, where a checkpoint delay reportedly led to the death of a newborn during an ambulance birth. Settlers have set fire to a quarry, assaulted workers and cut water lines to nearby villages. With Israeli elections due in October, Palestinians fear the violence will only intensify.
