Typhoon Noul hits Guangdong, over 800,000 evacuated

Typhoon Noul made landfall in Huizhou early on Sunday. It is the strongest typhoon to hit China this year. More than 800,000 people had been relocated to safety across coastal Guangdong Province. Typhoon Noul has weakened as it moves further inland and is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rain over the coming days.
