For the first time, Spain declares national emergency for wildfires

Wildfires burned out of control in France and Spain in what authorities described as "unprecedented conditions." Strong winds stoked multiple fire fronts threatening major cities, with 300,000 people evacuated from their homes. Anna Coren reports.
