LIVE: MP for the Effia Constituency, Isaac Yaw Boamah-Nyarko, questions expenditure by the Effia Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly, alleging some budget lines had exceeded their approved allocations by as much as 600% as of May this year. However, the MCE has rejected the claims, insisting the Assembly has operated within its approved budget
