More than 80,000 forced to evacuate as fires rage across France and Spain | DW News

Spain has declared a national emergency, as wildfires forced the removal to safety of tens of thousands of people near Madrid. A summer of extreme heat and dryness means the country is struggling to tackle several severe blazes. Fires are also burning out of control in France. DW News correspondent Nicole Ris reports from outside Madrid and we speak to journalist Diane de Vignemont in Paris.
