Ghana's Abdul Wahib Omar will lead the country's boxing campaign at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow when he faces England's Patris Mughalzai.
Omar is the first of 10 Ghanaian boxers set to represent the country at the Games, with the Black Bombers and Hitters aiming to secure medals and extend Ghana's proud boxing legacy at the Commonwealth Games.
The boxing competition will take place at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), Hall 5, in Glasgow, where Ghana's team will be hoping for a strong start to the tournament.
