White House cites forced labor concerns as legal justification for new tariffs

The White House announced it's placing tariffs on 60 countries, citing forced labor concerns, after the Supreme Court ruled the Trump administration must find proper legal justification to impose them. CBS News' Nancy Cordes explains.
