Seaplane carrying 11 catches fire after emergency landing

All 11 people on board a Kenmore Air seaplane were accounted for after it made an emergency landing and caught fire near Washington's Sucia Island. Four passengers were seriously injured, including one who was taken to the hospital in critical condition, reports CNN affiliate KOMO.
