Hotel guest surprised to find lobby submerged in floodwater

A guest attempting to leave their hotel in Weston, West Virginia, was surprised to find the lobby inundated by floodwater on Tuesday. Two people have died in flash floods caused by torrential rains in the state this week, the governor's office said Wednesday.
