Nuclear deal contingent on Saudi Arabia joining Abraham Accords, White House says

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at a White House press briefing Thursday that the U.S. energy deal with Saudi Arabia "is contingent" on it signing the Abraham Accords, "as far as the president is concerned."
