Some NDC branch executives in the Awutu Senya East Constituency have gathered at the party's constituency office to protest the suspension of constituency chairman Stephen Agyare.
The aggrieved members have blocked the swearing-in of the party's Vice Chairman, Alhaji Ousman, as acting constituency chairman.
The development has created tension among party members as they express their dissatisfaction with the leadership change.
