Ranking Member on Parliament's Economy and Development Committee, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has commended the Bank of Ghana (BoG) for its decision to stop financing the operations of GoldBod.
The Ofoase Ayirebi MP said the move is a positive step toward strengthening financial discipline and ensuring that the central bank's resources are managed responsibly.
His comments come amid discussions on the role of GoldBod and the management of Ghana's economic resources.
