Former US soldier starts fire, sets off fireworks outside ICE building in New York #worldnow

Surveillance video released by federal prosecutors shows Andrew Arrabaca, a former US soldier, allegedly setting off fireworks, firing a pellet gun and starting a fire outside 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan. The building houses ICE, the FBI, an immigration court and other federal offices, and has become a focal point for protests over the Trump administration's immigration crackdown. Authorities said Arrabaca carried anti-ICE materials and multiple weapons. Three people suffered minor injuries before security officers tackled him to the ground. #worldnow
