Claire McCaskill on communism attacks: ‘The Democratic Party is fine’

Steve Scalise, R-LA, told reporters: “The Bolshevik takeover of the Democrat Party is in full swing.” The comment comes amid anxiety over the success of far-left candidates in Democratic primary elections. But former Missouri senator Claire McCaskill disputes these concerns, telling Morning Joe the GOP is launching these attacks on Democrats to deflect from an unpopular war in Iran and an affordability crisis.
