Turkish opposition leader Ozgur Özel is launching a new political party after a controversial court ruling stripped him of the CHP leadership. Özel and his supporters say the decision was politically motivated. He hopes the new movement will emerge as Turkey's main opposition force and challenge President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's grip on power.
