Turing Awardee Andrew Yao: Fiercer competition for talent amid AI race

At the recent Shanghai-hosted World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Andrew Chi-Chih Yao, a Tsinghua University professor and the first Chinese Turing Awardee, chaired the inaugural WAIC Academic Conference.
