The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) is pushing back strongly against comments by a United States Immigration Court, which suggested that the case against former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta contained no persuasive evidence of wrongdoing. Also tonight, the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has suspended its controversial capacity-building programme following mounting pressure from service personnel over deductions from their monthly allowances.
