Stringer Dispatch: At least 20 dead, more than 100 missing due to flooding in Afghanistan

At least 20 people are dead, 80 sustained injuries, and more than 100 are missing following flooding triggered by heavy rainfall in Afghanistan's eastern Nuristan province on Monday, Yousuf Hamad, spokesman for the Taliban's National Disaster Management Authority (ANDMA), confirmed.
