China's armed police tackle flood cleanup with water cannons Local armed police have been busy carrying out relief work in the typhoon-hit areas of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as the massive clear-up operation continued following the devastating floods that wreaked havoc in several rural communities. A high-pressure water cannon truck was deployed to the flood-hit area to help clean up the flood silt and speed up the recovery process.
