Crowds wave Starmer good-bye as Andy Burnham takes over Downing Street

After two years of leadership, Keir Starmer has officially been replaced by Andy Burnham as prime minister of the UK. CGTN's Jeff Moody was amongst the crowds in Downing Street, when the lawyer-turned-politician handed the reins over to the 'King of the North.' The first shakeup: no lectern for Burnham, and no script. A symbolic move for a prime minister promising radical changes to Westminster.
