More than 200 acres of vegetable farms have been destroyed by floodwaters in the Anloga District of the Volta Region, leaving many farmers counting significant financial losses.
Weeks of relentless rainfall submerged farms, destroying crops and threatening the livelihoods of affected farming communities.
The devastation has prompted renewed calls for urgent support to help farmers recover, restore production and remain in business.
