'Publish the Constitutional Review report first' – Bawumia to Mahama on Tribunals Bill
NPP Flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has called on President John Dramani Mahama to publish the Constitutional Review Committee's report before making a decision on the recently passed Tribunals Bill.
According to Dr. Bawumia, the report reportedly contains recommendations concerning regional tribunals, including proposals that they be removed from the Constitution.
He argued that the report should be made public so Ghanaians can fully understand the recommendations before any decision is taken on assenting to the bill.
