Trump claims China compromised voter data that's already publicly available

One of President Trump's biggest claims in his Thursday night election security speech was that China accessed more than 200 million Americans' voter information. But, as CBS News executive director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto explains, it's already publicly available.
