Wildfire smoke covers DC as officials warn of health risks

Smoke from Canadian wildfires engulfed Washington, DC on Friday morning, obscuring views of the Capitol and other landmarks as air quality worsened and officials warned residents and tourists to reduce outdoor exposure. CNN's Brian Todd reports.
